Spa Etiquette


To best ensure the treatments you want are available at the time you desire, we strongly suggest making reservations well in advance of your visit. Availability of treatments and prices are subject to change without prior notification. When booking your reservation please advise us if you have high blood pressure, allergies, and other physical ailment or disabilities. A credit card number is required at the time you book your appointment.


First time guests, please fill out consultation intake forms that are emailed to you prior to your arrival. You may arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment, this will allow you to fully unwind, enjoy a complimentary beverage and enjoy your treatment. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of the scheduled treatments. If at anytime during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other spa guests and the spa’s therapist, we request that all guests give us a 12-hour cancellation notice. For packages, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. For groups, we request a 72-hour cancellation notice.  If less than the cancellation time/hour is given, full service price for the treatment will be billed. No-shows will result in full service price of the treatment being billed twenty minutes passed scheduled treatment time. A credit card number is required at the time appointment is booked.


Gratuities are not included in the service and are entirely at the discretion of the guest. Recommended standard gratuity is 15-20%. Gratuity is accepted in both cash and credit form. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are redeemable for all services. Gift certificates are at face value. They may be purchased by phone, online, or within the spa. Skin Spa Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Age Policy

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.  No children are allowed in spa unless receiving a service.

Prior to Appointments

If you are receiving a Facial, Chemical Peel, Treatment, or Hair Removal service please stop the use of all Retinoids or Alpha Hydroxy Acids three days prior to your treatment with us.

Retail and Service Policy

Sales on services and packages are final. Sales on product are given 14 days from date of purchase to exchange or receive a spa credit. No refund will be given in original form of payment.
